一、取消政策 (Cancellation Policy)

  • 即时生效: 用户可以随时取消其订阅。取消操作将立即生效。
  • 付费周期结束: 如果用户在当前付费周期(例如:月度订阅)结束前取消,他们仍可在该周期剩余的时间内继续访问其订阅内容,直至下一个续订日期。
  • 不予退款: 取消订阅操作不会触发退款。用户仅是停止未来的自动续费。
  • 如何取消: 用户可以通过登录其账户,进入“我的订阅”或“账户设置”页面进行自助取消。如果遇到问题,请联系我们的客户支持。

  • Immediate Effect: Users may cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect immediately.
  • Access Until Period Ends: If a user cancels before the end of their current billing cycle (e.g., monthly subscription), they will retain access to the subscribed content for the remainder of that period, until the next scheduled renewal date.
  • No Refund Upon Cancellation: Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle the user to a refund. It only stops future recurring charges.
  • How to Cancel: Users can self-manage the cancellation by logging into their account and navigating to the “My Subscriptions” or “Account Settings” page. If any issues arise, please contact our Customer Support.

二、退款政策 (Refund Policy)

  • 新订阅退款 (首次购买):
    • 对于首次购买任何订阅的用户,如果在购买后的 7 天内提出申请,且用户尚未下载或访问超过两本电子书(或等同于 10% 的核心内容),我们可以提供全额退款。
  • 续订不予退款 (Renewal):
    • 所有自动续订费用均不予退款。 我们会在续订日前向用户发送通知(或在用户同意的条款中明确告知),用户有责任在续订日之前取消订阅以避免被扣款。
  • 技术故障退款:
    • 如果用户因 East Asian Publishing 方面严重的技术故障(例如:在整个付费周期内无法访问核心内容)而无法使用服务,且技术问题经核实属实,我们将按比例退还该周期未使用的费用。
  • 争议处理 (Chargebacks):
    • 我们强烈建议用户在提出争议之前先联系我们的客户支持。如果用户在未联系我们解决的情况下对已付款项提出争议(Chargeback),我们将保留暂停其账户访问权限的权利。

  • New Subscription Refund (First-time Purchase):
    • For first-time purchases of any subscription, a full refund may be granted if the request is made within 7 days of the purchase date, and the user has not downloaded or accessed more than two eBooks (or equivalent to 10% of the core content).
  • No Refund on Renewal (Auto-renewal):
    • All fees charged for automatic renewals are non-refundable. Users are notified prior to the renewal date (or clearly informed in the agreed-upon terms) and are responsible for canceling the subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
  • Technical Failure Refund:
    • If a user is unable to use the service due to a major technical failure on the part of East Asian Publishing (e.g., inability to access core content for the entire billing cycle), and the technical issue is verified, a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current cycle may be issued.
  • Chargebacks and Disputes:
    • We highly recommend that users contact our Customer Support before initiating a dispute. If a user files a chargeback without seeking a resolution from us, we reserve the right to suspend the user’s account access immediately.
